REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the 
delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, with original tags and 
packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at luxcorp.media@gmail.com with your order number. 
Because our orders are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment 
network, the return address will be assigned to your specific 
order and sent to you after your return is approved. 

⚠️ Do not ship items back before receiving return instructions. 
Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping. 
  We'll email you a prepaid label.
- Change of mind or sizing: Return shipping is the customer's 
  responsibility.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, 
damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with 
photos so we can resolve it quickly.

EXCHANGES
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a 
different size or product is to request a return and place a new 
order separately.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior authorization

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected at the fulfillment 
center (typically 5–10 business days after you ship it), we'll 
notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your 
original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or 
card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post 
the refund.
